About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer / Developer Engineer to join our growing remote team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and improving both front-end and back-end applications. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, including technical design, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, optimization, and ongoing maintenance.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, databases, APIs, and modern front-end frameworks, with a strong focus on building secure, scalable, reliable, and high-performing applications.
Key ResponsibilitiesFull Stack Development
Develop, test, and deploy secure, scalable, and efficient PHP-based applications.
Develop and maintain high-quality front-end applications using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly web applications.
Integrate front-end components with server-side functionality.
Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with databases, internal systems, and third-party services.
Implement new features, enhancements, and system improvements.
Ensure applications are secure, reliable, scalable, and maintainable.
Back-End Development
Design, develop, and maintain PHP-based applications and server-side functionality.
Develop efficient server-side logic and database interactions.
Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases as required.
Optimize database queries and back-end application performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and back-end issues.
Implement secure coding practices and appropriate application security measures.
Front-End Development
Develop responsive user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Work with frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Ensure applications are compatible across browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
Optimize front-end performance, usability, and accessibility.
Collaborate with designers and developers to convert requirements into functional user interfaces.
Testing, Performance & Deployment
Optimize applications for performance, reliability, availability, and scalability.
Conduct testing and debugging throughout the development lifecycle.
Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical problems.
Participate in deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and system upgrades.
Identify technical risks and recommend effective solutions.
Code Quality & Collaboration
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain clean, efficient, scalable, and well-documented code.
Participate in technical discussions, brainstorming sessions, and team activities.
Collaborate with developers, designers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers when required.
Continuous Improvement
Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, development standards, and industry best practices.
Research and recommend technologies that can improve development processes and application performance.
Identify opportunities to improve existing systems, processes, and development standards.
Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer, Senior Software Engineer, Senior Developer Engineer, or similar role.
Strong experience in both front-end and back-end web development.
Strong proficiency in PHP and server-side development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar front-end frameworks.
Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and web services.
Strong understanding of databases, database design, and SQL.
Experience with Git or other version control systems.
Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first development.
Experience with application performance optimization and troubleshooting.
Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
Experience with testing, debugging, deployment, and system maintenance.
Understanding of web application security and secure coding practices.
Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, or DevOps practices is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
