Customer Service Representative – Hotel Reservation Account (Call Center | Quezon City) — We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Hotel Reservation Account in Quezon City. Assist customers with hotel bookings, room availability, reservations, cancellations, modifications, rates, hotel policies, and accommodation inquiries while providing accurate and professional support.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• College level or graduates are welcome
• No BPO or call center experience required
• Fresh graduates and first-time BPO applicants welcome
• Good English communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries for the Hotel Reservation Account
• Assist with hotel bookings and room reservations
• Check room availability, rates, and accommodation details
• Process cancellations, rebookings, and reservation modifications
• Provide information about hotel policies and amenities
• Assist with special requests and booking concerns
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Meet quality and customer satisfaction targets

Training & Work Setup

• Onsite: West Avenue, Quezon City
• Shifting schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Paid Hotel Reservation Account training provided
