We are looking for a Systems Analyst with strong hands-on experience in ETL development and data integration to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will play a key role in architecting new ETL solutions, integrating data from multiple sources, and ensuring reliable, efficient, and high-quality data delivery.
This role requires a strong technical background in ETL, RDBMS, programming, and data pipeline development, with the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ETL pipelines to support data integration and business requirements.
- Architect and build new data pipelines and data infrastructure using industry-standard ETL practices.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- Analyze source systems, data structures, and business requirements to determine appropriate data integration solutions.
- Design and optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading processes across multiple databases.
- Work with relational databases including Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
- Develop scripts and applications using Java, JavaScript, and/or Python to support data processing and integration requirements.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Troubleshoot and optimize ETL jobs, data pipelines, and database processes.
- Collaborate with developers, database administrators, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation for ETL processes, data flows, system integrations, and data architecture.
- Use GitLab for source code management, version control, and collaborative development.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data integration processes, development standards, and system performance.
Required Qualifications
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience in designing data architecture or data infrastructure.
- Experience working with large-scale or high-volume data pipelines.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
- Experience with API-based or application-to-application data integration.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices for ETL or data engineering workflows.
- Experience working in enterprise environments with complex source systems.
Pay: Up to Php45,000.00 per month
