LBC Express is looking for a Procurement Data Analyst who will focus onprocurement analytics, reporting, data management, and performance monitoring, with the opportunity to provide backup support for purchasing activities when needed. In this role, you'll analyze procurement data, monitor spending and supplier performance, prepare reports and dashboards, and identify trends and opportunities that can help improve cost efficiency and procurement processes. While the role includes exposure to sourcing and purchasing, the primary focus is on analytics and reporting—not transactional buying.

Key responsibilities
Analyze procurement and purchasing data to identify spending trends, cost opportunities, savings, and areas for improvement.
Prepare and maintain procurement reports, dashboards, trackers, and management presentations.
Monitor and analyze procurement KPIs, supplier performance, purchasing activities, and category spending.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month

Consolidate, validate, and maintain procurement data from SAP and other relevant sources.
Generate insights and recommendations based on procurement data to support management decision-making.
Develop and maintain accurate supplier databases, procurement records, and analytical reports.
Support cost analysis, benchmarking, forecasting, and procurement planning activities.
Monitor sourcing activities and evaluate costs, terms, savings, and supplier proposals.
Support the preparation and analysis of RFIs/RFQs, bidding activities, and supplier evaluations.
Monitor supplier accreditation, performance, and compliance with company requirements.
At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, procurement analytics, supply chain, business analysis, or a related field.
Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and interpretation of business data.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; experience with PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboards, or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
Experience using SAP MM or other ERP/procurement systems is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Knowledge of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or purchasing processes is an advantage.
