Role Summary

The Marketing, Content & Community Virtual Assistant will provide day-to-day marketing support across content creation, social media, email marketing, community management, outreach and the promotion of the client's programmes, events and offers.

This is not a task-execution role alone. The client will lead the overall marketing strategy, positioning and core messaging, while the VA will be trusted to take ownership of recurring marketing workflows and turn ideas, videos, transcripts and plans into consistent, high-quality execution.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, self-driven, action-oriented, curious and highly detail-oriented. Someone who enjoys getting things done, learns quickly, takes pride in the quality of their work and doesn't need to be continually reminded about tasks or deadlines.

The successful candidate should use their own good judgement and think independently. If something doesn't make sense, you notice it. The same applies when using AI: tools such as ChatGPT can support your work, but should never replace your own judgement. AI-assisted work must be reviewed, fact-checked and personalised rather than simply copied and pasted.

This role is results-driven. Performance will be measured through agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the quality and impact of the work, not simply by hours logged or tasks completed. For example, success in community management is not measured by how many Facebook posts are published, but by whether those posts generate meaningful engagement and contribute to community growth.

We don't expect perfection or that you know everything from day one, but we do expect initiative, reliability, good judgement, curiosity and genuine care about producing excellent work.

Required qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager or Marketing Assistant, preferably supporting a coach, consultant or online education business
• Excellent written English with a natural, conversational tone and strong editorial judgement
• Proven experience managing Facebook Groups or online communities
• Working proficiency in Canva or an equivalent design tool
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and content publishing
• Competence in Google Workspace, particularly Sheets and Docs
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to check work independently before submission.

Preferred qualifications

• Background or genuine interest in travel, wellness, retreats, coaching or personal development
• Experience with course platforms and online tools such Canva, ActiveCampaign, SquareSpace, YouTube, Spotify for Creators, Calendly and BaseCamp.
• Prior experience supporting digital product or course launches
• Community management and online outreach experience.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
