Job Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for volume hiring needs while also supporting campus and early-career hiring programs across Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales, Back Office, and other BPO operational functions.
This role acts as a senior recruitment partner to hiring managers and business leaders, helping to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates while meeting hiring targets, service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and campus program objectives.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner manages the full recruitment process, including workforce planning discussions, sourcing, candidate assessment, offer management, onboarding coordination, reporting, stakeholder management, university engagement, and campus hiring coordination. Success in this role requires experience in volume hiring, campus recruitment, talent pipelining, recruitment marketing, market intelligence, and using recruitment data to drive decisions.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition intake to candidate onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements, workforce plans, campus hiring demand, skill needs, and business priorities.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for volume, campus, early-career, and critical hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate screening, behavioral interviews, and initial assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit.
- Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the interview and selection process.
- Coordinate job offers, salary negotiations, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding activities.
Volume Hiring Management
- Lead hiring delivery for volume recruitment campaigns across contact center, shared services, and operational functions.
- Build sustainable candidate pipelines to support forecasted hiring demand and ramp-up requirements.
- Monitor recruitment funnel performance, identify delivery risks, and improve sourcing, screening, interview, and offer conversion.
- Support hiring plans during seasonal peaks, business expansion, and rapid growth periods.
Campus Hiring and Early-Career Programs
- Support the planning and execution of campus hiring programs aligned with business workforce needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, career centers, student organizations, and relevant campus partners.
- Coordinate campus engagement activities, including career fairs, information sessions, campus talks, virtual events, and student engagement campaigns.
- Promote the employer brand and career opportunities to student, graduate, and early-career talent pools.
- Manage campus and early-career candidate pipelines, tracking conversion from engagement to application, interview, offer, and hire.
- Act as IQVIA PH point of contact for all memorandum of partnership, agreement, and understanding between the company and target universities
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a senior recruitment advisor to hiring managers and business leaders across volume hiring and campus program priorities.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, campus pipeline development, market trends, talent availability, risks, and recruitment challenges.
- Conduct calibration sessions to align on candidate profiles, hiring standards, campus selection criteria, and interview expectations.
- Deliver a positive and professional experience for candidates, hiring managers, and business partners throughout the recruitment process.
Data, Reporting, and Process Improvement
- Track and report key recruitment and campus hiring metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, campus engagement outcomes, application conversion, interview-to-offer ratios, offer acceptance rates, and hiring outcomes.
- Analyze recruitment and campus pipeline data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Recommend and implement process improvements that increase recruiter productivity, improve the candidate experience, and enhance hiring efficiency.
Compliance and Governance
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Maintain recruitment records in compliance with data privacy, audit, and documentation requirements.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives throughout volume, campus, and early-career hiring processes.
- Follow established recruitment controls, service standards, and governance guidelines.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
