Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for Healthcare, Medical, Insurance, Benefits, Claims, and other Customer Support Accounts in Quezon City. Assist customers with healthcare benefits, insurance coverage, claims, eligibility, provider information, and account concerns while providing accurate and professional support.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• College level or graduates are welcome
• No BPO experience required
• Fresh graduates and first-time BPO applicants welcome
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email
• Assist with healthcare benefits, insurance, claims, and coverage
• Provide support with eligibility and provider information
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Document customer interactions
• Meet quality and customer satisfaction targets

Training & Work Setup

• Onsite: West Avenue, Quezon City
• Shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Paid training provided
