Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Retain and build customer loyalty by providing a professional, courteous and positive experience to each customer on a daily basis
• Provide accurate and relevant information as it pertains to the customer’s claim inquiries
• Demonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills
• Effectively exhibit active and empathic listening during challenging customer claim events
• Continuously improve on building rapport and understanding customer needs
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively overcome objections strategies for overcoming objections

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Must be a college graduate or college level
• Prior Call Center or Customer Service experience is REQUIRED
• Command strong written and oral English communication skills
• Talent for multitasking as you will be typing while talking to customers
• Proficient with computers, strong keying skills
• An aptitude for problem-solving and handling objections
• Attention to detail is critical
• Able to maintain a positive attitude

Recruitment Hours: 1 PM to 10 PM (Mondays to Fridays)
