A Product Designer is responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital products that meet both user needs and business objectives. The role involves conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a seamless user experience from concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products.
Design intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development process.
Translate business requirements and user insights into effective design solutions.
Maintain and contribute to design systems, UI patterns, and reusable components.
Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Conduct design reviews and usability testing to identify opportunities for improvement.
Continuously improve products based on user feedback, analytics, and business goals.
Qualifications
1–2 years of professional experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design processes.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Proficiency in Figma or other modern design and prototyping tools.
Basic understanding of responsive design and mobile/web design principles.
Strong visual design and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to receive feedback and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and passion for creating meaningful user experiences.
A portfolio showcasing relevant product design or UI/UX projects is required.
