Job Description

Customer Service Representative – Financial Account (Call Center | Quezon City) — We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Financial Account in Quezon City. Assist customers with banking inquiries, account management, billing, payments, transactions, credit card concerns, and other financial service needs while providing accurate and professional support.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• College level or graduates are welcome
• No BPO or call center experience required
• Fresh graduates and first-time BPO applicants welcome
• Good English communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries for the Financial Account
• Assist with banking, billing, payment, and account concerns
• Provide support for transactions and credit card inquiries
• Explain financial products, services, and account procedures
• Assist with payment and account-related requests
• Follow account verification and security procedures
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Meet quality and customer satisfaction targets

Training & Work Setup

• Onsite: West Avenue, Quezon City
• Shifting schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Paid Financial Account training provided
