We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our logistics and freight forwarding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, coordinating shipment requirements, providing timely updates, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, operations, carriers, and other relevant parties.
Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, customs brokerage, or transportation is an advantage, but candidates with strong customer service and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Provide customers with accurate updates regarding shipment status, schedules, delivery arrangements, and other logistics-related concerns.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Documentation, Warehouse, Trucking, Customs, and other relevant teams to address customer requirements.
- Monitor shipments and follow up on delays, changes, or other issues until properly resolved.
- Prepare and maintain customer and shipment-related records and documents.
- Assist with booking and coordination of shipments, deliveries, pickups, and other logistics activities.
- Communicate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, carriers, brokers, suppliers, and other service providers when necessary.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when needed.
- Ensure that customer requests and instructions are properly communicated to the concerned departments.
- Follow up on pending documents, approvals, payments, and other requirements related to shipments.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Perform other duties related to customer service and logistics operations as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, customs brokerage, or transportation is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
