TIPICON ENGINEERING INNOVATIONS is looking for a capable and detail-oriented Office Engineer to support the technical and operational requirements of our construction projects.
This position will work closely with Management, the Construction Operations Head, Site Engineers, Procurement, and Accounting to ensure that project information is accurate, organized, updated, and properly translated into quantities, reports, billings, and technical documentation.

- Prepare and verify quantity take-offs, material requirements, and cost estimates.
- Monitor project accomplishments against the approved BOQ, plans, and project schedule.
- Consolidate and review reports submitted by Site Engineers and project personnel.
- Assist in preparing progress billings, accomplishment reports, supporting computations, and attachments.
- Track quantities accomplished, remaining quantities, and project balances.
- Assist in evaluating additional works, variation orders, quantity changes, and other project adjustments.
- Prepare technical reports, work schedules, presentations, and management summaries as required.
- Coordinate technical requirements between the project sites and the office.
- Assist Procurement in verifying material specifications, quantities, and technical requirements before purchasing.
- Maintain organized and updated project records, drawings, computations, and technical documentation.
- Identify inconsistencies between plans, actual site conditions, quantities, and reports and immediately raise them for resolution.
- Assist Management in monitoring project cost, progress, and overall performance.
- Perform other engineering and project-control functions necessary for the successful execution of company projects.
Who We Are Looking For

- Familiarity with AutoCAD and construction scheduling software is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong technical ability, initiative, and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
What Success Looks Like
A strong Office Engineer helps ensure that:
- Management always has reliable project information.
- Quantities and accomplishments are properly verified.
- Billings are prepared accurately and on time.
- Materials are ordered based on actual requirements.
- Project records remain complete and organized.
- Discrepancies are identified before they become costly problems.
- Site information is converted into clear and useful data for decision-making.
Why Join TIPICON?
This role provides exposure to the actual commercial and operational side of construction, not just drafting and paperwork.
You will work closely with Management and gain hands-on experience in project costing, quantities, billings, construction operations, procurement, and project controls across multiple infrastructure projects.
We are looking for an engineer who wants to understand how projects are built, managed, and made profitable—not simply complete assigned paperwork.

Application Question(s):
