About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Home Health Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and documentation support for a U.S.-based home health agency.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse or medical professional with previous home health experience, strong knowledge of healthcare documentation, and the ability to work independently with minimal training.

Responsibilities

• Upload, scan, organize, and maintain patient documents in electronic medical records
• Monitor patient documentation for completeness and required signatures
• Track physician orders, Plans of Care, certifications, and recertifications
• Follow up with physicians and healthcare providers regarding outstanding documentation
• Maintain accurate follow-up and documentation logs
• Assist with medical record requests and retrieval
• Organize, label, and properly index patient records

The role is focused on administrative and documentation support. Clinical decisions, patient assessment, and patient-care responsibilities remain with authorized healthcare personnel.

Ideal Candidate

You are a strong fit if you:

• Have hands-on U.S. home health experience
• Are an RN or medical professional
• Have experience working with Kinnser/WellSky
• Understand physician orders, Plans of Care, certifications, and medical documentation
• Can manage tasks independently
• Require minimal training to get started
