Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physicochemical and sensory analyses of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Record, analyze, and trend laboratory results; report deviations and quality concerns.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure compliance with QA and laboratory procedures.
- Assist the QA Supervisor in building and improving laboratory systems, methods, and capabilities.
