Lead Marketing Analyst (Work from Home/Night Shift)
In this role, you'll own the full analytics lifecycle—from designing semantic data models and measurement frameworks to building executive dashboards and presenting actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end marketing analytics projects, turning complex business questions into actionable insights.
Design, build, and maintain enterprise-level Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and reporting solutions.
Develop and govern marketing data models, KPI definitions, channel mappings, and reporting standards.
Create and validate campaign measurement methodologies, attribution models, ROI reporting, and performance analyses.
Analyze customer acquisition, conversion, retention, segmentation, and marketing performance across multiple channels.
Partner with marketing and executive stakeholders to provide strategic recommendations backed by data.
Present findings to senior leadership and clearly communicate methodologies, assumptions, and business impact.
Support the migration of marketing analytics to a Databricks lakehouse platform.
Ensure data accuracy, governance, documentation, and quality across all marketing reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline.
7+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Engineering.
At least 3 years of hands-on marketing analytics experience focused on campaign measurement, attribution, channel performance, and marketing spend optimization.
Expert-level SQL for complex querying, data modeling, and validation.
Advanced Power BI expertise, including semantic modeling, star schema design, DAX, performance tuning, row-level security, and deployment.
Proven experience building production-ready data models from raw data.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and HubSpot.
Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics; PySpark is a plus.
Experience with Databricks, Spark, or similar cloud analytics platforms is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of marketing metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, churn, and attribution models.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to executive audiences.
