Associate Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

Application Development

Assist in the development and maintenance of user-friendly, responsive web-based applications and interfaces that support the Company's business operations, events, and marketing initiatives.

Assist in developing server-side logic, APIs, and databases that support the Company's business applications and digital solutions.

Collaborate with the Full-Stack Developer and Senior Full-Stack Developer while continuously developing technical knowledge, coding skills, and software development best practices.

Integration and Deployment

Assist in integrating internal and third-party applications, APIs, and platforms to support business processes and digital initiatives.

Assist in deploying applications and system enhancements while performing routine maintenance and updates under the guidance of senior team members.

Deploy, configure, and provide technical support for event technology solutions, including applications, peripheral devices, and related hardware, ensuring reliable operation before and during live events.

Testing and Quality Assurance

Perform testing of front-end and back-end functionalities to help ensure application reliability and functionality.

Debug and troubleshoot application issues while working with senior developers to identify and implement appropriate solutions.

Version Control, Collaboration, and Solutioning

Utilize version control systems for efficient codebase management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams while providing technical support during discussions on digital initiatives and implementations.

Assist in gathering and understanding business requirements and translating them into functional technical solutions under the guidance of senior developers.

Development Planning & Technical Delivery

Participate in software development activities from requirements gathering through deployment.

Assist in estimating development effort and providing technical input during project planning.

Assist in resolving technical issues encountered during development and implementation.

Coordinate with team members regarding assigned development tasks and project updates.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system documentation, technical specifications, and deployment procedures.

Identify opportunities to improve existing systems, streamline business processes, and enhance application performance and user experience.

Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:

Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Has relevant experience in full-stack web application development. Fresh graduates with relevant internships, academic projects, or freelance experience are encouraged to apply.

Has basic knowledge of front-end and back-end development, database management, systems integration, application deployment, and the software development lifecycle.

Familiar with front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue, Angular, or similar).

Familiar with back-end programming languages and frameworks (e.g., PHP, Node.js, Python, .NET, or similar).

Has basic knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases, database design, and SQL.

Familiar with RESTful APIs, software development frameworks, version control systems (e.g., Git), and development tools.

Has basic knowledge of secure coding practices, application security principles, and common web application security vulnerabilities.

Has basic knowledge of application hosting environments, cloud hosting services, deployment processes, and basic networking concepts.

Experience in deploying, configuring, or supporting business applications and related hardware during events or operational activities is an advantage.

Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.

Good interpersonal skills.

Can work in a fast-paced environment and flexible work schedules when required.

Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technologies.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
