On behalf of our client, we are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and tech-savvy Mortgage Production Coordinator/Assistant to support our client’s mortgage processing team with day-to-day loan production activities. The ideal candidate is someone who can manage multiple priorities, follow up consistently, keep files organized, communicate professionally with borrowers and third parties, and jump in wherever the team needs operational support.

Technical Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Experience using Arive (or similar Loan Origination System) is preferred
Familiarity with Dropbox or other document management systems
Ability to quickly learn and navigate mortgage software platforms
Ability to access and navigate wholesale lender portals for document uploads and retrieval
Ability to work across multiple lender systems and mortgage platforms
Working Hours:
Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time Pay: $750+ $55 Allowance per month

Loan File & Document Management
Set up new loan files and assist with initial disclosures
Retrieve, properly name, organize, upload, and maintain loan documents
Maintain accurate file notes, tasks, and status updates
Verifications & Order Tracking
Order and follow up on Verification of Employment (VOEs)
Order and track title, appraisal, and homeowners insurance
Monitor outstanding items and ensure timely completion
Borrower & Third-Party Coordination
Assist borrowers with retrieving and submitting required documents
Follow up with borrowers, employers, and third parties on outstanding requirements
Handle inbound calls and provide support to Loan Processors
Production & Administrative Support
Provide day-to-day administrative and production support to the mortgage processing team
Proactively identify pending tasks and help keep loan files moving
Perform ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed to support the team
Compliance & Organization
Maintain accurate, complete, and well-organized loan files
Ensure documents are properly stored for company recordkeeping and compliance retention
Manage multiple files and priorities while maintaining accuracy and deadlines
Previous experience in mortgage, lending, banking, real estate, title, insurance, or administrative support
Experience with loan processing, document management, or customer coordination
Familiarity with U.S. mortgage terminology and processes
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership
Strong follow-up and task management skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software and systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Reliable, responsive, and willing to jump in wherever support is needed
Strong willingness to learn and adapt to mortgage processes
