We are looking for an experienced AI Full Stack Developer to join our Development & QA team and lead the implementation of AI capabilities within our accounting software solution.
This is a hands-on development role that will work closely with the Developers, Programmers, and QA to turn business requirements into practical AI-powered features. The successful candidate will take ownership of end-to-end AI integration while providing technical guidance and support to the development team.
The role will focus particularly on AI integration, speech-to-speech AI conversations, human-like AI interactions, and establishing appropriate AI limitations and boundaries within the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development and integration of AI capabilities into the software platform.
- Translate business and product requirements into practical AI and technical solutions.
- Work closely with the Solution Architect and development team on AI architecture and implementation.
- Develop and integrate AI functionality across front-end and back-end application components.
- Build and maintain APIs and integrations connecting AI capabilities with the platform.
- Develop and integrate speech-to-speech and conversational AI functionality.
- Support the development of natural, human-like AI interactions.
- Define and implement appropriate AI limitations, boundaries, controls, and expected behaviors.
- Identify when AI should respond, request additional information, restrict an action, or require human intervention.
- Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to developers implementing AI-related features.
- Troubleshoot AI, application, API, and integration issues.
- Identify technical risks and limitations and recommend practical solutions.
- Perform technical testing of AI functionality and work with QA to investigate and resolve defects.
- Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of AI-powered features.
- Maintain clear technical documentation for AI integrations, workflows, and system behavior.
Minimum Qualifications
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
