We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale modern web applications end-to-end. You will own features from discovery to production, collaborate closely with Product and Design, and help elevate engineering standards through strong technical leadership and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend services for customer-facing and internal platforms.
Build responsive, accessible UIs using modern frameworks (e.g., React/Angular/Vue) with reusable component patterns.
Develop secure, scalable APIs and services (e.g., Node.js/Java/.NET/Python), including integrations with third-party and internal systems.
Model, optimize, and maintain data storage solutions (e.g., PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server/MongoDB); improve query performance and reliability.
Implement engineering best practices: code reviews, unit/integration testing, CI/CD, and automated deployments.
Ensure production readiness: observability (logs/metrics/traces), performance tuning, incident troubleshooting, and RCA with preventative fixes.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to refine requirements, estimate work, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality releases.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architecture decisions, documentation, and technical standards.
Requirements
5+ years of software development experience with significant full stack ownership in production.
Strong proficiency in one modern frontend framework and one backend stack; solid understanding of REST/GraphQL, authentication (OAuth/JWT), and secure coding practices.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and experience working in Agile teams.
