About the Role We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and customer-centered UI/UX Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and optimizing user interfaces that deliver intuitive and high-quality user experiences. You will collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into functional, aesthetically compelling digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Implementation: Plan, create, and implement new user interface designs and prototypes for new product ideas.
- Optimization & Testing: Continuously optimize existing UI designs, test for intuitiveness and overall user experience, and test new ideas prior to implementation.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Communicate directly with clients via corporate communication platforms and email to understand business goals, develop technical/business requirements, and present or explain design decisions.
- User Research: Conduct ongoing user research and apply Usability Factors in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) to create user-centered solutions.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Combine creative design with technical awareness, assist junior team members, and perform code reviews as necessary.
Requirements
Pay: Php39,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
