About the Role We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead our Accounts Receivables (Order to Cash) team and oversee statutory/regulatory compliance for assigned entities, including Australia and New Zealand. You will review high-volume transactional work, coach staff, ensure internal controls, and partner with cross-border teams to meet strict closing deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Review: Oversee daily AR operations, perform detailed reviews of staff outputs, guide team members, and ensure strict adherence to SOPs and internal controls.
- AR & General Ledger Support: Review journal entries for AR adjustments, manage month-end AR closing activities for US consolidation, use Oracle GL, and assist with monthly P&L analysis and balance sheet reconciliations (including bank reconciliations).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from a reputable college or university.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years combined experience in AR, general accounting, or audit.
- Leadership: At least 3 years in a supervisory role, OR an experienced accountant with strong, demonstrable leadership potential.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) board passer.
- Prior experience in multinational operations or multi-entity support.
