We are looking for detail-oriented and reliable individuals to handle booking and reservation tasks in a pure non-voice environment. This role is ideal for beginners, fresh graduates, or anyone who prefers chat, email, or system-based work with no phone calls required.

Key Responsibilities

Process booking and reservation requests through online systems

Update, modify, or cancel reservations as needed

Respond to customer inquiries via chat or email only

Ensure all booking details are accurate and complete

Follow step-by-step guidelines and company procedures

Maintain organized records and data entries

Coordinate with internal teams when necessary

Qualifications

No prior experience required (training will be provided)
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate online systems
Good written communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Ability to work independently and manage simple tasks

Preferred (But Not Required)

Experience with booking platforms or data entry
Basic understanding of customer service concepts
Familiarity with email or chat support tools
