Support the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering (technical, and corporate positions) including job posting, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and technical interviewers while maintaining accurate and updated calendars.
Monitor recruitment emails, calls, and other candidate inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate database, recruitment trackers, and personnel records.
Prepare and post job advertisements through appropriate recruitment platforms, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
Review and screen applications based on job requirements, educational background, technical qualifications, and relevant engineering or industry experience.
Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including background checks, reference checks, skills assessments, and other recruitment-related documentation.
Assist in facilitating onsite and virtual interviews, including welcoming candidates and coordinating with interviewers.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview invitations, follow-ups, shortlisting, job offers, and regret notifications.
Coordinate with hiring managers and technical teams regarding candidate status, interview feedback, and recruitment decisions.
Promptly address and resolve recruitment-related concerns, including interview rescheduling, cancellations, and candidate inquiries.
Assist successful candidates throughout the pre-employment and onboarding process by coordinating requirements, preparing documents, and arranging orientation schedules.
Provide administrative and coordination support to the HR team and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role.
Experience in recruitment within an engineering, construction, architecture, consulting, or technical environment is an advantage.
Familiarity with recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding.
Comfortable working with technical and engineering-related job descriptions and learning basic industry terminology.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and other recruitment or HR systems.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with candidates, engineers, managers, and other stakeholders.
Highly organized, proactive, and responsive, with strong follow-through on assigned tasks.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with HR, engineering teams, project managers, and other departments.
